Marriage Service

Marriage is a sacred and solemn contract between a a bride and groom, a strong  covenant as expressed in the Quran 4:21. At UMC, we facilitate the solemnisation of an islamic marriage which is indeed not a sacrament, but revocable. Both the groom and bride have to define their various terms and conditions of their liking. As such, both parties have to mutually agree and enter this contract.

In Islam, marriage is of great importance and prestige as establishing a family is necessary in order to construct a prosperous society.

The newly married couple would be provided with an official ‘Nikah’ certificate to show that they been married according to Islamic Law here at UMCUK. If you are interested in getting your marriage solemnised at UMCUK
